Nectin-1分子背景
脊髓灰质炎病毒受体相关蛋白1（PVRL1）也被称为疱疹病毒进入介质C（HveC）、疱疹病毒Ig样受体（HIgR）、Nectin-1、CD抗原CD111，PVRL1/Nectin-1/CD111属于连接蛋白家族。PVRL1/Nectin-1是一种膜蛋白，具有三个细胞外免疫球蛋白结构域、一个跨膜螺旋和一个细胞质尾部。该蛋白可以介导Ca2+非依赖性细胞粘附，进一步将其表征为IgSF细胞粘附分子（IgSF-CAM）。PVRL1是广泛存在于组织中的粘附分子。PVRL1/Nectin-1通过形成同亲或异亲反式二聚体促进细胞间接触。在PVRL1/nectin-1和PVRL3/nectin-3之间以及PVRL1/nectin-1和PVRL4/nectin-4之间检测到嗜异性相互作用。
