Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L Antibody (Ab138272) was tested by ELISA. The plate was coated with different amounts of Rabbit IgG (Ab170215) (3-fold started from 333 ng/mL). Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L Antibody was then added at a series of different dilution ratios. Rabbit Anti-Goat IgG H&L (HRP) (Ab141534) was used at 1/10000 dilution as the secondary antibody.

Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L Antibody (Ab138272) - ELISA
Cross-reactivity of Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L Antibody (Ab138272) was tested by ELISA. The wells were coated with the indicated IgG standards at 0.5 µg/mL and incubated overnight at 4℃, followed by a 2% BSA blocking step for 2h at RT. Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L Antibody was then added at different dilution ratio followed by incubation for 1h. Rabbit Anti-Goat IgG H&L (HRP) (Ab141534) was used at 1/10000 dilution as the secondary antibody.
For the batch tested, Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L Antibody (Ab138272) showed a cross-reactivity with Human IgG when the dilution ratio of Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L Antibody is less than 1/8000.
