Goat Anti-Chicken IgY H&L (Biotin) (Ab170178) was tested by direct ELISA. The plate was coated with different amounts of Chicken IgY (Ab008417). A serial dilution of Goat Anti-Chicken IgY H&L (Biotin) (Ab170178) was used as the secondary antibody. A HRP-streptavidin (np156148) was used at 1/20000 dilution for this ELISA.

Cross-reactivity of Goat Anti-Chicken IgY H&L (Biotin) (Ab170178) was tested by direct ELISA . The wells were coated with the indicated IgG at 0.5 µg/mL (100 µL/well) and incubated overnight at 4℃, followed by a 2% BSA blocking step for 2h. Goat Anti-Chicken IgY H&L (Biotin) (Ab170178) at 1/10000 dilution was used as the secondary antibody. A HRP-streptavidin (np156148) was used at 1/20000 dilution for this ELISA.
