Siglec-1分子背景
唾液粘附素的替代名称包括siglec-1和CD169（分化簇169）。由于唾液酸粘附素通过其N-末端IgV结构域结合唾液酸，因此它也是SIGLEC家族的成员。它被定义为I型凝集素，因为它含有17个免疫球蛋白（Ig）结构域（一个可变结构域和16个恒定结构域），因此也属于免疫球蛋白超家族（IgSF）。由于唾液酸粘附素通过其N-末端IgV结构域结合唾液酸，因此它也是SIGLEC家族的成员。作为介导网格蛋白依赖性内吞作用的内吞受体。巨噬细胞限制性粘附分子，介导唾液酸依赖性结合淋巴细胞，包括粒细胞、单核细胞、自然杀伤细胞、B细胞和CD8 T细胞。优先与α-2,3-连接的唾液酸结合。与T细胞上的SPN/CD43结合。
