Netrin-1分子背景
Netrin控制中枢神经系统连合轴突和外周运动轴突的引导。它与DCC或一些UNC5受体的结合将分别导致轴突吸引或排斥。与UNC5C结合可能会导致UNC5C与微管中聚合的TUBB3解离，从而导致微管动力学和轴突排斥增加。涉及背根神经节轴突向脊髓的投射。它还通过与受体的结合作为一种存活因子，防止细胞凋亡的发生。通过调节细胞凋亡参与肿瘤发生。
