-70°C for 3 months under sterile conditions after reconstitution.
LSECtin分子背景
C型凝集素超家族4，成员G（CLEC4G）也称为肝和淋巴结窦内皮细胞C型凝集素（LSECtin），是C型（Ca2+依赖性）凝集素超家族II亚组的成员。CLEC4G/LSECtin以Ca2+依赖的方式与甘露糖、GlcNAc和岩藻糖结合。此外，CLEC4G/LSECtin具有与包膜病毒表面糖蛋白结合的能力。特别是，已经描述了LSECtin与严重急性呼吸综合征（SARS）冠状病毒和埃博拉病毒表面糖蛋白的相互作用，并且已经证明LSECtin介导的埃博拉病毒对细胞的感染。
