FGF9分子背景
成纤维细胞生长因子9也称为FGF9、GAF、HBFG-9、SYNS3，是成纤维细胞增长因子（FGF）家族的成员。FGF家族成员具有广泛的促有丝分裂和细胞存活活性，参与多种生物过程，包括胚胎发育、细胞生长、形态发生、组织修复、肿瘤生长和侵袭。FGF9也是少突胶质细胞2型星形胶质细胞祖细胞、平滑肌细胞、嗜铬细胞瘤PC12细胞和BALB/3T3成纤维细胞的有丝分裂原。然而，与酸性和碱性FGF不同，FGF9对人脐静脉内皮细胞没有影响，并且已经证明FGF9优先与FGFR3的IIIc形式结合。尽管在FGF9中没有发现典型的信号序列，但它在合成后不是以传统方式有效分泌的。在神经系统中，FGF9主要由神经元产生，可能在中枢神经系统发育中发挥重要作用。FGF9已被证明与成纤维细胞生长因子受体3相互作用。
