Transferrin R2分子背景
转铁蛋白受体蛋白2（TFR2）是一种单程II型膜蛋白，具有蛋白酶相关（PA）结构域、M28肽酶结构域和转铁蛋白受体样二聚化结构域。TFR2基因的突变与遗传性III型血色素沉着症有关。此外，TFR2参与通过内吞作用将转铁蛋白结合的铁摄取到细胞中，尽管与转铁蛋白受体1相比，其作用较小。
