CXCL13分子背景
CXCL13最初被称为BLC（B淋巴细胞趋化因子）或BCA-1（B细胞吸引趋化因子1），是一种稳态趋化因子。它由次级淋巴组织（卵泡）B细胞区域的基质细胞组成性分泌，如脾脏、淋巴结、扁桃体和派尔氏结。CXCL13在协调次级淋巴器官空间不同区域内的细胞迁移中起着关键作用。它强烈吸引B淋巴细胞，同时只促进少量T细胞和巨噬细胞的迁移。CXCL13通过其受体CXCR5发挥其功能，该受体最初是从伯基特淋巴瘤中分离出来的，因此被命名为伯基特淋巴瘤受体1（BLR1）。
