IL-37分子背景
白介素1家族成员7（IL1F7b）是IL-1家族的成员，也被称为白介素37（IL-37）、白介素1同源物4（IL-1H4）、白介素1zeta（IL-1zeta）和白介素-1相关蛋白，它们可以与SMAD3相互作用并与IL18R1结合，但不能与IL1R1结合，亲和力低于IL18。IL1F7b是一种先天性炎症和免疫反应的抑制剂，参与抑制过度炎症。此功能需要SMAD3。因此，IL1F7b可以抑制或减少促炎细胞因子的产生，包括IL1A和IL6，以及CCL12、CSF1、CSF2、CXCL13、IL1B、IL23A和IL1RN，但不会产生抗炎细胞因子。此外，IL1F7b还可以抑制树突状细胞的活化。
