GDF2分子背景
生长分化因子2（GDF-2），也称为骨形态发生蛋白9（BMP-9），是TGF-β超家族蛋白BMP亚组的成员，通过由I型和II型BMP受体组成的异二聚体复合物发出信号。GDF-2是血管生成的强效循环抑制剂。通过I型激活素受体ACVRL1发出信号，但不通过其他Alks。内皮细胞中通过SMAD1的信号传导需要TGF-β辅助受体endoglin/ENG。ALK1是内皮细胞（EC）中骨形态发生蛋白-9（BMP-9）的信号受体。BMP-9在转染的COS细胞中与ALK1和endoglin高亲和力结合，与I型受体ALK2和BMP II型受体（BMPR-II）和激活素II型受体的结合较弱。当BMPR-II或ActR II共表达时，BMP-9与ALK2的结合大大促进。
