R-Spondin 3分子背景
R-Spondin 3（RSPO3）也称为富含半胱氨酸的单凝血酶敏感蛋白结构域-1（CRISTIN1），具有TSP 1型重复的蛋白质（PWTSR），是R-Spondin蛋白家族的成员。R-spondins（RSPO）是最近发现的一个分泌蛋白家族，在人类和小鼠中有四个成员。尽管所有四种RSPO蛋白都激活了经典Wnt通路，但RSPO2和RSPO3比RSPO1更有效，而RSPO4相对不活跃。RSPO-3广泛表达，在胎盘、小肠、胎儿胸腺和淋巴结中表达水平较高。RSPO3是β-catenin信号级联的激活剂，导致TCF依赖性基因激活。RSPO3在经典Wnt/β-catenin依赖通路和非经典Wnt信号通路中都起作用，可能是通过充当Wnt信号途径的重要调节因子ZNRF3的抑制剂。RSPO3还充当卷曲FZD8和LRP6的配体，并可能负调控TGF-β通路。
