NT-4分子背景
神经营养素-4（NT-4），也称为NT-5，是神经生长因子和上皮生长因子家族的成员。神经营养因子家族由至少四种蛋白质组成，包括NGF、BDNF、NT-3和NT-4/5。这些分泌的细胞因子被合成为前肽，经过蛋白水解处理产生成熟的蛋白质。中枢和外周神经系统都需要它们的功能，包括支持现有神经元的存活和分化，鼓励新神经元和突触的生长和分化。
