IF analysis of Recombinant AKT1/AKT2/AKT3 Antibody (Ab087925) in HeLa cells. The cells were fixed with 4% PFA for 10 minutes, permeabilized with 0.3% Triton X-100 (I743383) for 10 minutes and then blocked with 5% BSA for 1 hour at room temperature. Cells were stained with Recombinant AKT1/AKT2/AKT3 Antibody (Ab087925) at 1/200 dilution in blocking buffer overnight at 4°C, and then incubated with Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (AF488) (Ab181954) at a dilution of 1/1000 for 1 hour at room temperature in the dark (green). Cells were counterstained with DAPI (D1372407) (blue).

The HeLa cells were fixed with cold 100% methanol (10min, 4℃) and blocked in 1% BSA/10% normal goat serum/0.3M glycine in 0.1% PBS-Tween 20 for 1h. The cells were then incubated with Recombinant AKT1/AKT2/AKT3 Antibody (Ab087925) (1/100) at room temperature for 1h, followed by a further incubation at room temperature for 45min with Goat Anti Rabbit lgG (H+L)-AF488 (shown in green). Nuclear DNA was labeled in blue with DAPI.
