背景
链霉亲和素是一种来自streptomyces avidinii菌的非糖基化蛋白。链亲和素同源四聚体对生物素具有特别高的非共价结合亲和力。当与酶（如辣根过氧化物酶或碱性磷酸酶）形成偶联物并与比色或发光底物发育系统结合时，链霉亲和素与生物素化抗体在许多应用中得到广泛应用，包括Western blot、ELISA、ELISPOT、免疫细胞化学和免疫组化。

WB : 1:10000-1:100000
ELISA: 1:1000-1:10000
避免使用含有生物素的稀释液，试剂不得含有叠氮化钠，叠氮化钠会抑制辣根过氧化物酶的活性。实际试验操作过程中可根据具体实验情况适当调整Streptavidin(HRP)的稀释比例。

Biotin-γ-actin antibody as primary antibody. Developed using the ECL technique. Observed band size was 42kDa. Exposure time was 10s.
