Serpin G1分子背景
Serpin G1/C1抑制剂（C1-INH）是补体、凝血、纤溶和接触系统的重要调节因子。血液中蛋白酶/C1-INH复合物的量与这四种级联样血浆酶系统的体内激活水平成正比。它抑制激活的第一补体成分的C1r和C1s，从而调节补体激活。它在肝脏中合成，其缺乏与遗传性血管神经性水肿（HANE）有关。
