Laminin 521（LN521）是一种重组人蛋白，为多种人多能干细胞（PSC）的体外无饲养培养提供了明确的表面。LN521已被证明可以在多个PSC系中保持正常的生长特性和茎性，而不会同时分化，包括ESC、iPSC、MSC等。此外，LN521已证明可以支持PSC生长超过10代，而没有任何核型异常的迹象，并保持PSC分化为所有三个种系谱系的能力。

Stemness maintenance

For long term storage, the product should be stored at lyophilized state at -20°C or lower.
Please avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
This product is stable after storage at:
-20°C to -70°C for 24 months in lyophilized state;
-70°C for 3 months under sterile conditions after reconstitution.
