This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.
The protein has a calculated MW of 22.3 kDa. The protein migrates as 28-40 kDa when calibrated against Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to different glycosylation.

背景（Background）
TNFR1也称为TNFRSF1A，属于TNF受体超家族。TNFR1包含一个死亡结构域和四个TNFR-Cys重复序列。TNF-R1是TNFSF2/TNFα和同源三聚体TNFSF1/淋巴毒素-α的受体。衔接分子FADD将胱天蛋白酶-8募集到活化的受体上。由此产生的死亡诱导信号复合物（DISC）进行胱天蛋白酶-8蛋白水解激活，启动随后介导凋亡的胱天蛋白酶（天冬氨酸特异性半胱氨酸蛋白酶）级联反应。TNFR1有助于诱导非细胞杀伤性TNF效应，包括抗病毒状态和酸性鞘磷脂酶的激活。TNFRSF1A的缺陷是家族性冬眠热（FHF）的原因。
