Cyclo (GRGDSP) is a cyclic RGD peptide containing 6 amino acids in its sequence. Cyclo (GRGDSP) can stimulate the contraction of afferent arterioles in rats. Cyclo (GRGDSP) has been used for targeted administration of cisplatin. The results showed that c (RGDSP) could inhibit the adhesion of mouse B16 melanoma cells to fibronectin coated pores.
