蛋白结构（Molecular Characterization）
This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.
The protein has a calculated MW of 47.1 kDa. The protein migrates as 55-65 kDa when calibrated against Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

淋巴细胞活化基因3蛋白（LAG3）也称为CD抗原CD223和蛋白FDC，属于免疫球蛋白（Ig）超家族，含有4个细胞外Ig样结构域。LAG3基因包含8个外显子。序列数据、外显子/内含子组织和染色体定位都表明LAG3与CD4密切相关。LAG3/CD223参与淋巴细胞活化。LAG3/CD223与HLA II类抗原结合。
