背景（Background）
酪氨酸蛋白激酶Mer（MERTK）是TYRO3/AXL/Mer（TAM）受体激酶家族的成员，编码一种跨膜蛋白，具有两个纤维连接蛋白III型结构域、两个Ig样C2型（免疫球蛋白样）结构域和一个酪氨酸激酶结构域。在配体激活后，与GRB2或PLCG2相互作用，诱导MAPK1、MAPK2、FAK/PTK2或RAC1的磷酸化。MERTK信号在巨噬细胞清除凋亡细胞、血小板聚集、细胞骨架重组和吞噬等各种过程中起着重要作用。视网膜色素上皮（RPE）作为杆状外节片段吞噬作用的调节因子。通过激活STAT1，在抑制Toll样受体（TLRs）介导的先天免疫反应中也起着重要作用，STAT1选择性诱导细胞因子信号SOCS1和SOCS3抑制剂的产生。
