背景（Background）
NKG2A/CD159a是一种跨膜蛋白，属于CD94/NKG2家族的C型凝集素样受体，可抑制先天免疫系统激活，也称为KLRC1、CD159a、NK细胞受体a和NKG2-a/NKG2-B II型整合膜蛋白。NKG2A标记了一种独特的免疫效应子亚群，优先共表达组织驻留CD103分子，但不表达免疫检查点抑制剂。NKG2A阻断疗法通过CD8 T细胞而非NK细胞进行。NKG2A表达的增加可能是由IL-10诱导的，IL-10在HCC患者的血浆中高水平存在。阻断IL-10可以特异性抑制NK细胞中NKG2A的表达。这些发现表明，NKG2A的表达受癌症巢因子的影响，并导致NK细胞耗竭，这表明NKG2A阻断有可能通过逆转NK细胞耗竭来恢复对肝肿瘤的免疫力。
