背景（Background）
CD36（分化簇36）也称为血小板膜糖蛋白IV（GPIV）、脂肪酸移位酶（FAT）、凝血酶敏感蛋白受体、胶原受体和B类清道夫受体成员3（SRB3），是细胞表面蛋白B类清道夫受体家族的成员。人CD36基因编码一个由472个氨基酸残基组成的单链蛋白，该蛋白同时含有N端和C端细胞质尾部以及细胞外环。CD36存在于血小板、红细胞、单核细胞、分化的脂肪细胞、乳腺上皮细胞、脾细胞和一些皮肤微晶内皮细胞上。CD36是一种多配体模式识别受体，与大量结构不同的配体相互作用，包括长链脂肪酸（LCFA）、晚期糖基化终末产物（AGE）、血小板反应蛋白-1、氧化低密度脂蛋白（oxLDL）、高密度脂蛋白、磷脂酰丝氨酸、凋亡细胞、β-淀粉样纤维（fAβ）、胶原蛋白I和IV以及恶性疟原虫感染的红细胞。在角膜新生血管测定中，凝血酶敏感蛋白1的抗血管生成作用需要CD36。在结合配体时，蛋白质和配体被内化。这种内化独立于大吞噬作用，是通过需要激活Src家族激酶、JNK和Rho家族GTP酶的肌动蛋白依赖机制发生的。CD36配体也被证明可以通过组装Toll样受体4和6异二聚体来促进无菌炎症。
