蛋白结构（Molecular Characterization）
Mouse ITGAE&ITGB7 Heterodimer Protein, His Tag&Tag Free, produced by co-expression of ITGAE and ITGB7, has a calculated MW of 127.5 kDa (ITGAE) and 81.6 kDa (ITGB7). Subunit ITGAE is fused with an acidic tail at the C-terminus and followed by a polyhistidine tag and subunit ITGB7 contains no tag but a basic tail at the C-terminus. The protein migrates as 90-95 kDa,130 kDa and 150 kDa when calibrated against Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker under non-reducing (NR) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

背景（Background）
整合素αEβ7由两个主要亚基组成：整合素αE（ITGAE）也称为CD103（分化簇103），整合素β7是一种整合素蛋白，在人类中由ITGB7基因编码。整合素αEβ7（CD103）主要由粘膜组织内的T淋巴细胞谱系细胞表达。与其他整合素相比，这是一种非常狭窄的表达模式。表达α-E-β7的淋巴细胞在肠道中很丰富，占身体总T细胞补体的主要部分。
