背景（Background）
狂犬病病毒（RABV），学名狂犬病lyssavirus，是一种致命的嗜神经病毒，可导致人类和动物狂犬病。狂犬病病毒的宿主范围极广，最常通过动物唾液传播。在疾病进展之前不进行干预，狂犬病是所有传染病中病死率最高的。RABV包含一个单链负义RNA基因组，编码五种结构蛋白：核蛋白（N）、磷蛋白（P）、基质蛋白（M）、糖蛋白（G）和RNA依赖性RNA聚合酶（L）。在这些病毒蛋白中，RABV糖蛋白（RABV-G）是介导病毒进入的关键参与者，也是中和抗体的主要靶标，因此是疫苗和药物设计的关键因素。
