背景(Background)
肿瘤坏死因子α(TNFα)是一种主要由单核细胞和巨噬细胞产生的细胞因子。它存在于组织中的滑膜细胞和巨噬细胞中。TNFα的主要作用是调节免疫细胞。TNFα能够诱导凋亡细胞死亡,诱导炎症,抑制肿瘤发生和病毒复制。TNFα产生的失调与多种人类疾病有关,包括严重抑郁症、阿尔茨海默病和癌症。重组TNFα被用作国际非专利药品名称tasonermin下的免疫刺激剂。TNFα可以在恶性肿瘤的情况下异位产生,在引起继发性高钙血症和与过量产生相关的癌症中与甲状旁腺激素相似。
