This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.
The protein has a calculated MW of 22.8 kDa. The protein migrates as 28-35 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

背景（Background）
FcgR4（低亲和力免疫球蛋白γFc区受体IV）也称为CD16-2、FcgammaRIV，是免疫球蛋白βFc区的受体。还充当免疫球蛋白εFc区的受体。以中等亲和力结合IgG2a和IgG2b。不显示与IgG1或IgG3的结合。通过增强与IgG2a结合后的破骨细胞分化，在促进骨吸收方面发挥作用。与IgE的a和b同种异型结合的亲和力较低。也已被证明仅与IgE同种异型a结合，而不与同种异型b结合。与IgE结合可促进巨噬细胞介导的吞噬作用、T细胞的抗原呈递、促炎细胞因子的产生和皮肤过敏反应的晚期。
