名称	BzATP triethylammonium salt
描述	BzATP triethylammonium salt is a P2X receptor agonist that is effective against P2X1, P2X2, P2X3, P2X2/3, P2X4, and P2X7 (pEC50=8.74/5.26/7.10/7.50/6.19/6.31/5.33). BzATP triethylammonium salt induces cell death and reduces synaptic transmission.
体外活性	方法：胶质瘤细胞系 U87 和 U251 用 BzATP triethylammonium salt (5-1000 µM) 处理 2-72 h，使用 MTT assay 检测细胞增殖。结果：存在 BzATP 的情况下，U87 和 U251 神经胶质瘤细胞系的增殖显着增加。U87 和 U251 细胞系的细细胞增殖峰值均为 100 µM BzATP，最佳孵育时间均为 24 h。 [1] 方法：视网膜神经节细胞用 BzATP triethylammonium salt (50 µM) 处理 2 min，检测细胞内 Ca2+ 水平。结果：P2X7 激动剂 BzATP 导致细胞内 Ca2+ 的快速增加，并且在激动剂应用的 2 min 时间内，该水平保持升高。超过 80% 的受检细胞对 BzATP 反应强烈。[2]
体内活性	方法：为研究对全身能量代谢的影响，将 BzATP triethylammonium salt (1 mg/kg) 腹腔注射给 C57BL/6J 小鼠，每天一次，持续七天。结果：BzATP triethylammonium salt 增加代谢率和O2消耗，同时降低呼吸速率，上调腓肠肌和胫骨前肌的 NADPH oxidase 2。研究结果表明 P2X7 的激活对能量稳态和肌肉代谢有重大影响。[3]
