Human CXCL16, Fc Tag (CX6-H5254) is expressed from human 293 cells (HEK293). It contains AA Asn 30 - Thr 205 (Accession # Q9H2A7-1).
蛋白结构（Molecular Characterization）
This protein carries a human IgG1 Fc tag at the C-terminus.
The protein has a calculated MW of 45.7 kDa. The protein migrates as 60-66 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

>90% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

背景（Background）
该基因编码的蛋白质是一种G蛋白偶联受体，具有七个跨膜结构域，属于CXC趋化因子受体家族。该家族还包括CXCR1、CXCR2、CXCR3、CXCR4、CXCR5和CXCR7。该基因映射到趋化因子受体基因簇，在几个T淋巴细胞亚群和骨髓基质细胞中表达。编码的蛋白质及其唯一配体趋化因子配体16（CCL16）是调节T淋巴细胞向各种外周组织（肝、脾红髓、肠、肺和皮肤）迁移的信号通路的一部分，并促进细胞与树突状细胞和成纤维网状细胞的相互作用。CXCR6/CCL16还控制驻留记忆T淋巴细胞在肺部不同部位的定位，并维持气道驻留记忆T细胞，这是抵抗呼吸道病原体的重要第一道防线。编码的蛋白质充当HIV-1和SIV与CD4结合进入靶细胞的进入辅助受体。
