背景（Background）
Diablo同源物线粒体（Diablo）也被称为低pI的直接IAP结合蛋白和第二线粒体衍生的胱天蛋白酶激活剂（SMAC），可以与BIRC2/c-IAP1、BIRC3/c-IAP2、XIAP/BIRC4、BIRC6/bruce和BIRC7/livin相互作用。通过对抗凋亡蛋白抑制剂（IAP）的抑制活性，DIABLO还可以通过激活细胞色素c/Apaf-1/caspase-9通路中的胱天蛋白酶来促进凋亡。此外，DIABLO通过抑制BIRC6/bruce与胱天蛋白酶的结合来抑制其活性。此外，DIABLO在下调XIAP/BIRC4丰度的能力方面存在缺陷。
