背景（Background）
载脂蛋白A1也称为载脂蛋白A-I、ApoA-I，是血浆中高密度脂蛋白（HDL）的主要蛋白质成分。它在脂质代谢中具有特殊作用。肠肠上皮细胞分泌的乳糜微粒也含有载脂蛋白A1，但它会在血液中迅速转移到高密度脂蛋白。这种蛋白质促进胆固醇从组织流出到肝脏排泄。它是卵磷脂胆固醇酰基转移酶（LCAT）的辅因子，负责大多数血浆胆固醇酯的形成。ApoA-I也被分离为前列环素（PGI2）稳定因子，因此可能具有抗凝血作用。编码它的基因缺陷与高密度脂蛋白缺乏症有关，包括丹吉尔病和系统性非神经性淀粉样变。此外，已经表明ApoA1通过与脂多糖或内毒素的相互作用参与HDL的抗内毒素功能。
