睫状神经营养因子受体亚基α（CNTFR或CNTFRα）属于I型细胞因子受体家族和3型亚家族。CNTFR包含两个纤维连接蛋白III型结构域和一个Ig样C2型（免疫球蛋白样）结构域。这种受体及其同源配体支持神经元的存活。该受体与白细胞介素-6受体关系最为密切。这种受体通过糖磷脂酰肌醇连接与细胞膜具有不寻常的连接。
