背景（Background）
Eribulin是大环聚醚盐球粒蛋白B的合成类似物，最初从亚洲海绵Halichondia okadai中分离出来。Eribulin特异性结合微管（+）端的β-微管蛋白亚基，有效抑制形成的微管的伸长，同时对微管解聚几乎没有影响。Eribulin强大的抗有丝分裂活性和对肿瘤生物学的非有丝分裂作用使其成为研究ADC MTA有效载荷的有趣候选者。
