杀伤细胞免疫球蛋白样受体2DL5（KIR2DL5）属于免疫球蛋白超家族，是NK细胞的抑制性受体。KIR2DL5由两个同源基因编码，这两个基因显示拷贝数变异和等位基因多态性——KIR2DL5A和KIR2DL5B，其结构域仅变化2个氨基酸，信号肽仅变化1个氨基酸。KIR2DL5和KIR2DL4形成一个亚家族，其细胞质尾部比其他KIR更长，每个都有一个D0和一个D2型Ig样结构域。
