背景（Background）
C-C基序趋化因子配体24（CCL24），也称为eotaxin2，属于类似MCP-1的CC趋化因子，主要趋化嗜酸性粒细胞。CCL24可以促进嗜酸性粒细胞与内皮细胞的分离，然后与其唯一的配体结合，促进嗜酸性细胞进入组织。CCL24最初在嗜酸性粒细胞中没有发现，但最初是从单核细胞中分离出来的。最近，发现哮喘患者支气管上皮细胞中CCL24的表达增加。CCL24通过CCR3受体（C-C趋化因子受体3型）促进免疫细胞运输和活化以及促纤维化活性。CCL24和CCR3都参与肺部和皮肤炎症和纤维化。
