背景（Background）
ILDR2属于免疫球蛋白超家族。可能参与脂质稳态和ER应激途径。ILDR2是一种新型的B7样蛋白，具有强大的T细胞抑制活性，在免疫细胞和免疫特权和炎症组织中表达。由ILDR2胞外结构域和Fc片段组成的融合蛋白与活化T细胞上的推定对应物结合，在胶原诱导的关节炎模型中显示出有益作用，并消除了巨噬细胞和细胞因子刺激的T细胞自体滑膜样共培养物中促炎细胞因子和趋化因子的产生。总之，这些发现表明ILDR2是一种新的T细胞负调控因子，在免疫相关疾病的发展中具有潜在作用，包括自身免疫和癌症。
