背景（Background）
脂肪酸结合蛋白2（FABP2），也称为脂肪酸结合蛋白质、肠道脂肪酸结合（FABPI）、肠道型脂肪酸结合肽（I-FABP）。FABP2属于calycin超家族和脂肪酸结合蛋白（FABP）家族。FABP2/FABPI在小肠中表达，在大肠中表达水平低得多，在空肠中表达最高。FABP被认为在长链脂肪酸及其酰基辅酶a酯的细胞内运输中发挥作用。FABP2可能参与富含甘油三酯的脂蛋白合成。FABP2以高亲和力结合饱和长链脂肪酸，但与不饱和长链脂酸的亲和力较低。FABP2还可以通过充当脂质传感器来帮助维持能量稳态。
