背景（Background）
α-2-HS-糖蛋白（AHSG）也称为α-2-Z-球蛋白、Ba-α-2-糖蛋白、胎球蛋白-A（FETUA），是一种由A和B链两个亚基组成的糖蛋白，属于半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂家族和胎球蛋白类血浆结合蛋白。AHSG/胎球蛋白A在胚胎细胞和成年肝细胞中高度表达，在单核细胞/巨噬细胞中表达程度较低。胎蛋白是白蛋白等载体蛋白。胎球蛋白-A/AHSG与钙和磷酸盐形成可溶性复合物，因此是不溶性磷酸钙的载体。因此，AHSG/胎球蛋白A是一种有效的病理钙化抑制剂。胎球蛋白A/FETUA促进凋亡细胞的吞噬作用，并在骨发育、钙稳态和胰岛素敏感性中发挥作用。胎球蛋白-A缺乏的小鼠表现出软组织的全身钙化。
