背景（Background）
抗体药物偶联物（ADC）是一种快速生长的抗癌药物。单克隆抗体通过化学连接体与细胞毒性有效载荷结合，该化学连接体指向癌症细胞表面表达的靶抗原，从而减少全身暴露并因此减少毒性。
AGLink®ADC偶联试剂盒旨在通过位点特异性酶反应将单克隆抗体与川芎嗪偶联。
应用说明（Application）
AGLink®ADC偶联试剂盒 (Tetrazine, DAR2&4, 1mg) 旨在通过位点特异性酶反应将1mg mAb与川芎嗪偶联。
该产品仅供科研使用。
