【产品说明】
WDP系列原油破乳剂以有机胺（脂肪醇、多元醇、酚醛树脂、酚胺树脂）为起始剂，分别与环氧乙烷、环氧丙烷嵌段聚合而成，具有良好的润湿性能和足够的絮凝与聚结能力，能使乳化体系很快的破乳而达到油水分离的效果，适用于国内外各种原油开采的油水分离，炼油厂的脱水脱盐以及污水处理的污水净化等。
水溶破乳剂系列：WDP-1、WDP-7、WDP-5、WDP-10、WDP-225……
油溶破乳剂系列：WDP-4、WDP-11、WDP-14、WDP-25……
【用途】
用于采油过程的原油脱水、炼厂原油热加工前的脱水、脱盐、污水处理。
【用法用量】
1.原油脱水效果与原油品质及脱水工艺操作流程和环境等密切相关，使用前要进行试验筛选，确定加入量及试验方案，应尽量保证油品品质稳定。
2.添加量随原油的组成与性质的不同而异，推荐加量一般为100ppm~120ppm（每吨原油里添加0.1kg～0.12kg），添加量由试验确定。
3.用计量泵按计量从侧线打入原油输送管线与原油混合，随原油一起加入进入沉降罐中，以达到混合均匀。
【注意事项】
原油破乳剂具有较高的选择性，使用前必须经过实验室筛选，未经筛选，不得和其他破乳剂混用。
【包装与储存】
1.200L塑料桶或铁桶包装。远离火源，储存于阴凉干燥环境下。

WDP Series Demulsifiers
WDP Series demulsifies were polymerized with ethylene oxide and propylene oxide in blocks using polyamine as the starting agent. With good wetting property and sufficient flocculation and coalescence ability, the emulsion system can be quickly emulsified to reach the oil-water separation effect. It’s suitable for oil-water separation in exploitation of crude oil, dehydration and desalination of refineries and sewage purification for sewage treatment, etc.

Application:
Collective transportation of crude oil; Dehydration and getting rid of salt for oil refining; and Sewage disposal: perfect flocculability.
Suggested Dosage:
(1) The effect of crude oil dewatering is closely related to the quality of crude oil and the operation process and environment of the dewatering process, etc. Before use, please carry out laboratory selection test to determine the amount to be added and the test program.
(2) The dosage depends on the composition and properties of crude oil, the recommended dosage is generally 50ppm~200ppm (0.05kg~0.2kg per ton of crude oil), the optimum dosage is determined by the test.
Package, Storage & Transport:
200KG/drum(N.W.) or as required, Stored in clean, cool and dry areas, ensure storage temperature below 40°C avoid of sunlight, rain and knocking.
