Link N peptide is an activator peptide of proteoglycan aggregates in the extracellular matrix, consisting of 16 amino acids. Link N peptide can selectively activate the p38 mitogen activated protein kinase (MAPK) pathway, promoting the expression of type I and type II collagen in human intervertebral disc cells. Link N peptide is expected to be used in research on intervertebral disc degeneration related diseases.
