Description：ANXA1-derived 11 amino acid–long peptide是一种 ANXA1-EphA2 相互作用阻断肽，是由22个氨基酸组成的多肽。A11 减少与 EphA2 结合的 ANXA1，增加与 EphA2 结合的 Cbl (EphA2 的 E3 泛素连接酶)。A11 有效降低 EphA2 水平，并显著增加 EphA2 泛素化。A11 增加 EphA2 内化以及 EphA2 和 Cbl 在鼻咽癌 (NPC) 细胞中的共定位。A11 抑制鼻咽癌细胞增殖、迁移和侵袭。A11 抑制血管生成。
The ANXA1-derived 11-amino acid long peptide is an ANXA1-EphA2 interaction blocking peptide, consisting of a polypeptide of 22 amino acids. A11 reduces ANXA1 binding to EphA2 and increases Cbl (EphA2's E3 ubiquitin ligase) binding to EphA2. A11 effectively decreases EphA2 levels and significantly increases EphA2 ubiquitination. A11 increases EphA2 internalization and the colocalization of EphA2 and Cbl in nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) cells. A11 inhibits the proliferation, migration, and invasion of NPC cells. A11 inhibits angiogenesis.
