髓系细胞触发受体1 (TREM1)（也称为CD抗原CD354）是一种具有单一Ig样结构域的I型跨膜蛋白。TREM1在成人肝脏、肺和脾脏中的表达水平高于相应的胎儿组织。
TREM-1 / CD354 能够刺激中性粒细胞和单核细胞介导的炎症反应，并触发促炎性趋化因子和细胞因子的释放，同时增加细胞活化标志物的表面表达。它是细菌和真菌感染引发的炎症反应的放大器，并且是脓毒性休克的关键介质。TREM1能够与TYROBP / DAP12（DNAX激活蛋白12）相互作用。
