背景介绍
B淋巴细胞抗原CD19，也称为CD19（分化簇19），是一种单次跨膜I型膜蛋白，包含两个免疫球蛋白样C2型结构域（Ig-like C2-type domains）。
CD19 表达于滤泡树突细胞和B细胞上。事实上，从发育过程中最早可识别的B系细胞到B母细胞，CD19都存在于B细胞上，但在成熟为浆细胞时丢失。
CD19 主要作为B细胞共受体（co-receptor），与CD21和CD81协同作用。被激活后，CD19的胞质尾部会发生磷酸化，导致其被Src家族激酶结合，并募集PI-3激酶。
与T细胞类似，B淋巴细胞表面也有多个分子形成抗原受体复合物。（几乎）B细胞特异性的CD19磷酸化糖蛋白就是这些分子之一。其他分子包括CD21和CD81。这些表面免疫球蛋白（sIg）相关分子有助于信号转导。
在活体B细胞上，模拟外源性抗原的抗免疫球蛋白抗体会导致CD19与sIg结合并随之内化。反向过程尚未被证实，这表明该受体复合物的形成是抗原诱导性的。这种分子结合关系已通过化学研究得到证实。
CD19的基因突变与严重免疫缺陷综合征相关，其特征是抗体产生减少。
研究表明，CD19可与以下分子相互作用：CD81、CD82、补体受体2（Complement receptor 2） 以及 VAV2。
