蛋白结构（Molecular Characterization）
This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus, followed by an Avi tag (Avitag™).
The protein has a calculated MW of 31.2 kDa. The protein migrates as 42-50 kDa when calibrated against Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

TROP-2是人类细胞中的单拷贝基因，其编码的I型跨膜糖蛋白在多种恶性肿瘤中过度表达。该蛋白亦称为肿瘤相关钙信号转导蛋白2（TACSTD2）、GA733-1或M1S1。TROP-2与上皮细胞粘附分子（EpCAM，亦称TROP-1、gp40或KSA）具同源性。Trop-1和Trop-2作为信号转导分子，与血清胰岛素样生长因子II（IGF-II）结合蛋白存在同源结构，因此可能代表一类新型细胞表面受体，在调控癌细胞生长中发挥作用。
