蛋白结构(Molecular Characterization)

This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the N-terminus. The protein migrates as 14kDa, 35 kDa and 45-50 kDa when calibrated against Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE), speculated as latent GDF-8 and GDF-8 propeptide respectively due to glycosylation.
The protein is designed as a dimer.
