Human LGR5, His Tag (LG5-H52H3) is expressed from human 293 cells (HEK293). It contains AA Gly 22 - Arg 561 (Accession # O75473-1).
蛋白结构（Molecular Characterization）
This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.
The protein has a calculated MW of 62.0 kDa. The protein migrates as 65-75 kDa when calibrated against Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

LGR5（亦称GPR49）是A类视紫红质样GPCR家族中的七次跨膜蛋白。LGR5与LGR4能以高亲和力结合R-spondin蛋白，通过增强Wnt诱导的LRP6磷酸化来介导Wnt/β-catenin信号通路的增强作用。LGR5/RSPO复合物可通过拮抗两种跨膜E3连接酶（RNF43和ZNRF3）来促进Wnt信号传导。
