黏膜寻址素细胞黏附分子-1（MAdCAM-1）在炎症性疾病中，对淋巴细胞向内皮组织黏附及向炎症部位迁移过程起关键调控作用。体内外实验数据表明，阻断MAdCAM通路可通过抑制MAdCAM与其淋巴细胞表面配体α4β7整合素的相互作用，有效减少白细胞向肠道的归巢。
