激酶插入结构域受体（KDR）亦称为CD309、FLK1、VEGFR、VEGFR2，是血管内皮生长因子受体（VEGFR）的亚型之一。VEGF受体是血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）的特异性受体，主要包含1、2、3三种亚型。该类受体具有由7个免疫球蛋白样结构域组成的胞外部分、单次跨膜区以及含有分裂酪氨酸激酶结构域的胞内部分。VEGF-A可与VEGFR-1（Flt-1）和VEGFR-2（KDR/Flk-1）结合。已知VEGFR-2几乎介导所有VEGF诱导的细胞应答反应；而VEGFR-1的功能虽尚未完全明确，但被认为可调节VEGFR-2的信号传导。此外，VEGFR-1可能作为假性/诱骗受体，通过隔离VEGF阻止其与VEGFR-2结合（这一功能在胚胎血管形成过程中尤为重要）。值得注意的是，VEGFR2在VEGF激活后能与HIV-1病毒外膜Tat蛋白相互作用，该机制似乎促进了卡波西肉瘤病灶中的血管生成。
