背景介绍
蛋白质L源自大消化链球菌（Peptostreptococcus magnus）表面，因其通过与免疫球蛋白（IgG、IgM、IgA、IgE及IgD）的L链结合的特性而得名。尽管具有广泛的免疫球蛋白类别结合能力，该蛋白并非通用型免疫球蛋白结合蛋白——其结合特异性局限于含有κ轻链（即VL结构域的κ链）的免疫球蛋白。人类和小鼠的免疫球蛋白以κ轻链为主，其余免疫球蛋白则含有λ轻链。该重组蛋白包含天然蛋白的四个免疫球蛋白（Ig）结合结构域（B结构域）。除完整抗体外，蛋白质L还可广泛结合Fab片段、单链可变片段（scFv）及结构域抗体（Dabs）等多种抗体片段。
